Whenever customers needed a tow, DJ\u2019s was often the fifth or sixth business they called.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People weren\u2019t ignoring them \u2014 they were simply working down the list of towing services until they found someone available\u2026 and eventually, that was DJ\u2019s Country Towing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danny and Samantha had one big question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cHow do we become the first towing service people ring?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding the Business<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We sat down together to talk about how the towing industry works, their customer needs, and what set DJ\u2019s apart from the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like most small business owners, they had a budget to stick to, so we needed to create a plan that delivered maximum impact without unnecessary extras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Website &amp; SEO Review<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Their original website was built on the Wix platform. It had some strong points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lots of photos of their truck and tows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear headline showing what they do<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passed the \u201c5-second rule\u201d (you know what they offer right away)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile-friendly \u2014 essential for people stuck on the roadside<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>But there was room for improvement \u2014 both visually and in terms of <a href=\"https:\/\/trailmagicwebdesign.com.au\/seo-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">search engine optimisation (SEO)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s what I recommended:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use a lighter colour scheme for a cleaner, friendlier look.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make navigation more intuitive so customers can find info fast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highlight their unique selling proposition \u2014 Danny answers the phone himself and attends the job personally. No call centres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add strong \u201cCall Now\u201d buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place contact details where customers can\u2019t miss them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use an easier-to-read font.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Showcase their glowing Google reviews directly on the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimise content with keywords like <em>tow truck<\/em>, <em>towing service<\/em>, and <em>vehicle towing<\/em>, plus add more relevant content and internal\/external links.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Website Renovation &amp;
